Get your team off to a great start!
Getting and keeping your team motivated is key
to the success of your fundraising event. Here
are some tips to keep the energy going!
- Communicate your goal: Why do we need to raise money?
- Use pictures whenever possible. If you are
going on a trip, show the location. If you are
getting new uniforms, have one on hand. Anything
you do to help your group visualize their goal
will make your drive more successful!
- Assign a quota to each of your sellers.
- Involve kids and parents. Encourage them
to sell to neighbors, co-workers, relatives,
etc.
- Require that every salesperson sell, deliver,
and return the orders/ money in a few days (use
prizes or drawings to reward early returns).
- Advise the group to always sell what they take.

Your Distributor may recommend using incentive
programs (contests, rewards, etc.) for individual
sellers or the entire organization to drive more
sales choose the incentives that work best for
your organization.
Once your team is ready to go, it's time to get
out and sell!
